This pure rice sake named "Tanaka Senkin" is made from Yamada Nishiki sake grown on Itoshima, a small island in Fukuoka Prefecture, and is produced by combining the "Hanegi Shibori" of Shiraito Sake Brewery (Tanaka Rokugogo) and the raw brewing technique of Senkin Sake Brewery - Senkin-ryu to produce a sake starter. The taste is relatively high in acidity, with a refreshing sweetness and dried fruit flavors of figs and apricots. The rich aroma of rice follows. There is almost no bitterness and the alcohol is just right. A little lactic acid flavor, refreshing taste.

【Shiraito Brewery】

Shiraito Sake Brewery (Tanaka Rokugo Sake) was founded in 1855 in Fukuoka Prefecture, Japan. It uses the traditional and unique "giant log pressing method (librium pressing method)", tying heavy stones to the other end of the wood and using the principle of leverage to gently apply pressure to squeeze out the wine. Although it is very time-consuming and the amount squeezed is not much, it can reduce impurities and form a pure and rounded flavor. While adhering to tradition, we introduce new equipment to master data information, and brew the most delicious wine under the concept of "reviewing the past and innovating". The brand "Tanaka Rokugo" comes from the surname of the winemaker Mr. Tanaka and the fact that the winery was built in the Yamada Nishiki rice fields. In addition, the name "Six-Five" comes from the 65% degree of rice polishing.
