The 2014 La Sergue has a vigorous and generous blackberry and briary scented bouquet, developing a light floral aspect with time in the glass. The palate is medium-bodied with crisp tannin, a fine seam of acidity, a mixture of red and black fruit with a pinch of white pepper that perks up the finish. This is a well-crafted Lalande de Pomerol that will drink well for the next 5-7 years.

Sweet and fragrant with good richness and quite a long, well-balanced finish thanks to the generous, soft tannins.
