波爾多的美人魚

美人魚酒莊Giscours擁有悠久的歷史，可以追溯到14世紀，當時，它是一座防禦塔，俯瞰著狂野而荒涼的地區。真正的開始始於1552年，當時富商Pierre de Lhomme將一片廣闊的土地，種植了第一批葡萄藤。從而葡萄酒生產開始了，富商的每個繼承者都為這座宏偉的建築做出了自己的貢獻,城堡也被改造成新古典主義的宮殿。

美人魚酒莊是波爾多1855年分級制度體系中的三級酒莊。波爾多大大小小的葡萄酒酒莊超過9,000家，而在整個1855年分級制度中，目前只有約60家酒莊入選為列級酒莊，這些列級酒莊又從高至低分為一級莊至五級莊。其中一級酒莊5個，包括眾所周知的名莊拉菲古堡（Chateau Lafite Rothschild）、拉圖城堡（Chateau Latour）、侯伯王莊園（Chateau Haut-Brion）和瑪歌酒莊（Chateau Margaux），二級莊12個，三級莊14個，四級莊11個以及五級莊17個。美人魚酒莊就是14個三級酒莊中非常著名的一個！

風土：

Giscours特有的風土位於Labarde和Arsac鎮的Margaux產區，具有生產優質葡萄酒所需的所有品質。土壤成分是理想的。

The 2015 La Sirene de Giscours is a blend of 65% Cabernet Sauvignon, 30% Merlot and 5% Cabernet Franc. It has a crisp, quite pure black cherry, raspberry coulis and cedar-scented bouquet that gently unfolds in the glass. The palate is medium-bodied with good depth for a deuxième vin, the 30% new oak nicely integrated with good depth and grip on the graphite and spice-tinged finish. This is worth seeking out - the best La Sirène de Giscours to date, but those with a wise head will give it 2-3 years in bottle.

The 2015 La Sirene de Giscours is terrific. Deep and pliant in the glass, the 2015 offers superb intensity at this level. Crushed flowers, savory herbs, menthol, licorice and plums infuse this deep, pliant wine. This gorgeous second wine from Giscours is long on both texture and depth.
