尼古拉(Nicolas Thienpont)最初並立志成為一名釀酒師,年青時攻讀法律和哲學高等教育,在1980年代,他接管了父母於1946年收購的財產 - 皮格城堡(Château Puygueraud), 在不到十年的時間裡,他獲得了市場認可,並參與其他酒莊的改革,佢負責過的右岸名莊包括Beausejour Duffau-Lagarrosse 、Paive Macquin、Lacris Ducasse、Berliquet、Puygueraud、Les Charmes Godard 。在Nicolas 的指導下,Paive Macquin和Lacris Ducasse 在2012年升級做Premier Grand Cru Classe, 而Beausejour Duffau-Lagarrosse 在2009 和2010 更榮獲Robert Parker 100分, Nicolas 真係功不可沒!!在2011年Nicolas購入了 Chateau Alcee, 當然睇中左這3公頃葡萄田的風土(土壤主要係石灰石),加上佢對葡萄滕的重新規劃,令Alcee 好快就成為波爾多右岸的新寵, 獲得各酒評家高度讚賞!

口感: 非常吸引的深紫色,藍莓,黑茶,薫衣草,雪茄盒香氣,入口剛剛開的時候就酒體中等,吾係好大隻,但當醒酒夠45mins 左右,酒體和單寧都升級,變左中高,骨架大左! 口感有黑加侖子,,烤肉Meaty, 由於其中有50%係用全新木桶,朱古力,煙燻味都幾出,而單寧亦因此非常細緻,順滑,餘韻足足有8秒以上!

Medium to deep garnet-purple colored, the 2016 Alcee leaps from the glass with notes of blueberry compote, kirsch and black tea plus hints of cigar boxes and lavender. Medium to full-bodied, it completely coats the palate with perfumed red and black fruits framed by firm, grainy tannins, finishing with great length.
