Pomerol知名女莊主Catherine Pere-Verge購入的Chateau Montviel。目前交由兒子Henri Parent掌管。整支酒充滿花香，帶有鮮紅的李子和櫻桃的味道以果醬感。帶一絲精緻的月桂葉和的巧克力氣息。口感多汁細膩且圓潤，酒體適中，餘韻優雅細膩，餘韻悠長。

【ChateauMontviel】

Chateau Montviel位於法國波爾多的Pomerol產區，是Pomerol知名女莊主CatherinePere-Verge旗下的一家酒莊。她在1985年購入，是她在Pomerol收購的第一個酒莊。其後，相繼買下了Chateau Le Gay等另外幾個Pomerol酒莊。 2013年，Catherine Pere-Verge去世後，酒莊轉由她的兒子Henri Parent掌管。

Chateau Montviel的葡萄園共分佈Pomerol内三個村莊，分別為Bellevue-Montviel、La Croix des Templiers以及Montviel。葡萄園裡大致由兩種土壤類型組成，一種為礫石和砂質土，另一種為礫石和黏土。葡萄園的總面積為10.1公頃，但酒莊只會挑選其中5公頃土地所產的優質葡萄來釀造自己的葡萄酒。園裡平均每公頃土地種植了5,500株葡萄樹，這些葡萄樹的平均樹齡長達30年。種植比例為80% Merlot，20% Cabernet Franc。著名飛行釀酒師Michel Rolland自1988年起一直擔任酒莊的釀酒顧問，葡萄酒品質得到了明顯提升。在初次發酵完成後，會和酒泥一起在橡木桶中繼續進行蘋果酸乳酸發酵，然後再經過全新的法國橡木桶熟成。
