實試口感：深褪紅色，香氣有深度，紫羅蘭花香，成熟黑果，果醬，甘草糖，菇菌及些許土地氣息，礦物。酒體中至厚，有單寧支撐整體。又帶有陳年得來的乾果味，無花果，些許加應子。Finish 有成10秒。呢有陳年感覺但又有果香相伴。不是氣弱柔絲那種，而係有成熟韻味的健碩男子。

Good red-ruby. Superripe aromas of black plum, currant and licorice; high-toned and distinctly surmuri Then sweet,full, broad and deep, with port-like flavors of cherry liqueur and menthol. A very rich wine with no shortage of definition or shape. Finishes with substantial dusty tannins and very good length. Showing well today. (Incidentally, there will be no 2004, as an employee broke into the winery on an off day last fall and drained the tanks and set fire to the offices.)

Château Clos L'Eglise莊園由法國商人和曾經的自行車冠軍Gérard Perse所擁有。Perse 出售了兩家連鎖超市以資助他進入釀酒世界。他擁有多個波爾多莊園，包括 Château Pavie 和 Pavie-Decesse，1998年成為ChâteauPavie的新主人，用佢嘅熱愛葡萄酒，研究種植葡萄，努力不懈，釀造出優質酒款。在他抵達聖艾美隆後不到二十年，Château Pavie於2012年9月晉升為Premier Grand CruClassé“A”級別1。而Château Clos L'Eglise就在的葡萄酒在 2008 年份之後，他停止以 Clos L'Eglise 的標籤釀造葡萄酒，並從那時起使用莊園的葡萄作為他新的 Esprit de Pavie 混合酒的一部分，這是 Pavie 的副牌酒，羅伯特帕克指出，Clos L'Eglise 是Gerard Perse 生產的高質素價錢最優惠的葡萄酒之一。可想而知Gérard Perse嘅功力非凡。Paive 舊年份要成千蚊支，想試下大師功力又唔洗比咁貴，試下呢支Chateau Clos L’Eglise啦

【Castillon Côtes de Bordeaux卡斯蒂永丘】

Castillon Côtes de Bordeaux產區位於波爾多東部，是Côtes deBordeaux法定產區的一部分。Cotes de Castillon擁有最優質的葡萄種植土壤：山坡側面和高地上的土壤為石灰質粘土和砂岩(石灰質粘結起的砂岩碎屑)，這裏釀制出的葡萄酒濃鬱而強勁。因為產區比較靠近河流，山腳下和沖積層的土壤主要為河泥和沙子，還有砂礫存在，這裏出產的葡萄酒更為柔和，迷人。Cotes de Castillon(卡斯蒂永丘)只生產紅葡萄酒。主要葡萄品種有Merlot(梅洛)，約佔總產量的70％，以黏土為主的地區更適合種植該品種。用梅洛釀制的酒結構均衡，口感更加柔順爽滑，需在年輕時飲用。Cabernet Sauvignon (赤霞珠)也是卡斯蒂永丘主力的紅葡萄品種，該品種更青睞沙礫土壤，用其釀制的酒結構突出，單寧含量高，需要幾年的陳釀時間。此外，Cabernet Franc (品麗珠)、Malbec (馬爾貝克)、Petit Verdot (味而多)和Carmenere (佳美娜) 也是產區較重要的葡萄品種。根據不同的需要和條件適當調整釀酒所用的葡萄比例。不同的目標市場、不同的酒款、不同的風土條件以及葡萄園已種植的葡萄品種都會影響葡萄比例的調配。
