建議飲用溫度：18-20 度

口感：呢支酒重點在於2個字 “變化”！！最初的15分鐘，15-30分鐘，30-45分鐘，起碼有3個階段的脫變！最初感覺吾倒單寧，滑度十足，當單寧隨著時間慢慢變強，滑度都追得上~ 回甘就由一開始的一瞬即逝到高達7-8秒回甘！呢款Bellgrave 陳存7年，酒爸爸認為係支酒的高峰，各方面包括酸度、酒體，果味與木桶味都相當Balance，加上莊園部份樹齡高達50-60年，入口的層次特別豐富！聞落去係甜布冧，甘草，強度中上，放在杯裡吾好搖，會有好強勁的拖肥味！入口黑加侖子，西梅，朱古力，尾段有黑胡椒的Spicy，令到條脷彈下彈下咁~ 記得飲呢支酒分段飲，先享受倒箇中精髓！

Offers a racy feel, with damson plum, red currant and bitter cherry notes that course along the iron-edged structure, while bright floral and blood orange accents fill in the background.
