口感：首先吾好俾Bordeaux Superier 這AOC 局限你的想像，呢支Ch. Bloaire 的質素絕對係超越⬆Bordeaux Superier, 甚至Medoc/Haut Medoc 的中級莊，難怪3大酒評家都給予 90分的肯定！非常深的紫紅色，帶起士多啤梨、布冧和甜香料的香氣，30mins 後會引發埋雲尼拿和朱古力的氣息~ 單寧、酸度都係中等，非常平衡，酒體稍稍跑出，30mins 後變為Medium +！另外， 60% Petit Verdot 亦成為了亮點，在波爾多甚少酒莊選用Petit Verdot 為主要葡萄，亦增加其獨特性~ 有布冧果味之餘，帶少少果甜，由於放木桶陳存12個月，尾段有Smoky 和炭燒的口感~ 園中平衡樹齡42年，有少部份更高達80年，吾怪得飲起黎特別有餘韻，舒服~

“The 2014 Bolaire from Macau-en-Médoc appears to have blossomed now that the wine is in bottle. It has a lively, floral bouquet, the ancient Petit Verdot vines offering plenty of blueberry and blackcurrant fruit. The palate is medium-bodied with gutsy, black fruit, quite svelte tannin, good body and a gentle grip on the finish. This is well worth checking out. Drink over the next 4-6 years.”
