從中世紀開始，寶捷酒莊的土地就是Latour Saint Mambert的領地. 而他之後建立Chateau Latour。 19世紀，寶捷酒莊生產了第一批真正獨立釀製的葡萄酒。後來， Theil將其收購。2008年1月， Cuvelier家族買下了寶捷酒莊。現與酒莊被收購前的團隊共同為酒莊的發展奮進前行。而2010年對於整個波爾多產區來講，係非常優秀既年份，尼個年份的葡萄酒單寧堅實、口感豐富、富有層次、風格強勁。最靚既葡萄酒甚至可以陳存15至20年來發展其風格

產區： France / Moulis-en-Medoc

葡萄品種: 48%Cabernet Sauvignon,45% Merlot, 7% Petit Verdot

酒精度：13.5%

木桶：大概12個月法國木桶(30-40%新桶)

樹齡：35 年

建議抖氣時間: 40mins或以上

口感：濃郁的紅寶石紫色，聞落有濃郁成熟的黑加倫子味，礦物味，2010年靚年份釀造的酒體厚身，單寧柔和，帶花香和木桶香氣，酒質細緻後段仲有D朱古力和甜香料的口感，因為2010年特別優質，所以獲得多位酒評價的一致好評

LAFITE身影平民價

1970’S 末一個MEDOC 區1st Growths 朦瓶測試中，lafite 與poujeax並列頭一﹑二位。而在另一場合，前法國總統Pompidou (PP)於愛麗舍宮殿設宴邀請了一眾賓客，其中LAFITE 莊主 Baron Rothschild(BR)是坐上客

BR: 很榮幸總統閣下準備了我的1953 Lafite召待我

PP: 這非Lafite，Lafite 還在備用房醒酒器中。

事件令CH. POUJEAUX聲名大噪。亦揭示Poujeaux的酒質實力為之一等一，但性價比及醒酒時間非常貼地平民。

【James Suckling 92-93pts 】：Love the fruity and chocolate character here, with lots spices and nutmeg. Full and velvety with soft tannins and a long finish.

【Robert Parker 90-92pts】:An undeniable sleeper of the vintage, this may be the finest Poujeaux I have tasted in three decades. A crushed rock/mineral character is intertwined with abundant black currant, blackberry, incense and camphor notes in this full-bodied, unctuously textured, elegant, pure effort. It is capable of lasting 15 years. Kudos to new proprietor Philippe Cuvelier (also the owner of St.-Emilion’s Clos Fourtet) for resurrecting this well-known estate.
