【酒莊 Winery】

Domaine Potinet-Ampeau, located in the village of Montrelie in the Côte de Beaune appellation of Burgundy, France, is a family-owned winery that produces traditionally styled wines. A traditionally family-run winery, Domaine Potinet-Ampeau adheres to Burgundy winemaking traditions, dedicated to crafting wines of exceptional quality with great aging potential. The winery is currently managed by the fifth generation of the family, Vincent Durrieu. As early as the 1920s, Domaine Potinet-Ampeau established close ties with the United States: at that time, Vincent's grandmother's family was a winemaking dynasty in Meursault, and they were among the first to export wines to the United States, which is when Domaine Potinet-Ampeau's wines entered the American market.

【有關釀造 Winemaking】

Château Amber's vineyards cover 21.5 acres across several villages, including Montrelie, Meursault, Volnay, Puligny-Montrachet, Pommard, and Auxey-Duresses, with most vineyards classified as Premier Cru. The primary grape varieties planted are Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, with an average vine age of 30 years. Château Amber resolutely avoids the use of herbicides and chemical fertilizers, relying instead on manual weeding and the application of natural fertilizers to maintain the vineyards and ensure the quality and safety of the grapes.
