Tasting Note: It is bright light gold in color, exuding the aroma of lime, grapefruit peel, lemongrass and white flowers. The most fascinating part of the whole wine is its acidity. The bright but not sharp acidity is quite refreshing, which reminds people of the pairing with raw seafood. It can completely replace lemon juice when eating oysters to enhance the freshness. At the same time, because it is Vieilles Vignes, which is more than 30 years old, the complexity is greatly improved. Les Comtes de Ribeauville is a famous winery in the Alsace region of France and belongs to the *Cave de Ribeauville* cooperative. Founded in 1895, the cooperative is one of the oldest and most influential wine cooperatives in France, founded by local grape growers with the goal of jointly producing high-quality wines.

Les Comtes de Ribeauville was the first cooperative structure in France, created in 1895. Founded by 44 Alsatian winemaking families who came together, and until IKEA 41 families continue to run CDR, for over 128 years, the family history has been written, the history of dedicated and passionate winemakers.

Alsace Alsace is located in northeastern France, between the Rhine River and the Vosges Mountains. This winding Rhine River happens to be the natural territorial boundary between Germany and France.

Vosges is blocked by the humid air from the northwest ocean and is the driest grape-producing region in France.

Since there is no ocean to regulate the temperature in inland areas, the large temperature difference between day and night is conducive to the growth of white grapes, so the acidity of white grapes is well preserved, so the brewed white wine is round and thick. 90% of Alsace's production is white wine, which is mainly brewed in steel barrels to preserve the floral and fruity aromas.
