Chateau German (傑曼酒莊)是法國大革命於1789年期間，很多革命戰士的避難所，所以酒莊真正地見證了法國人的勇敢與愛自由的精神！葡萄藤是在18世紀種植，並在毗鄰Saint-Emilon (聖愛美隆村)的Castillon Côtes de Bordeaux(卡斯蒂永丘)！酒莊是家族企業傳承下來，優良的釀製方法以及與時並進的精神使葡萄酒一直延續着很高的品質！最純粹的傳統波爾多釀酒工藝給人複雜口感，但是濃郁的果香使紅酒更柔和，適合即時飲用。

【Castillon Côtes de Bordeaux卡斯蒂永丘】

Castillon Côtes de Bordeaux產區位於波爾多東部，是Côtes deBordeaux法定產區的一部分。Cotes de Castillon擁有最優質的葡萄種植土壤：山坡側面和高地上的土壤為石灰質粘土和砂岩(石灰質粘結起的砂岩碎屑)，這裏釀制出的葡萄酒濃鬱而強勁。因為產區比較靠近河流，山腳下和沖積層的土壤主要為河泥和沙子，還有砂礫存在，這裏出產的葡萄酒更為柔和，迷人。Cotes de Castillon(卡斯蒂永丘)只生產紅葡萄酒。主要葡萄品種有Merlot(梅洛)，約佔總產量的70％，以黏土為主的地區更適合種植該品種。用梅洛釀制的酒結構均衡，口感更加柔順爽滑，需在年輕時飲用。Cabernet Sauvignon (赤霞珠)也是卡斯蒂永丘主力的紅葡萄品種，該品種更青睞沙礫土壤，用其釀制的酒結構突出，單寧含量高，需要幾年的陳釀時間。此外，Cabernet Franc (品麗珠)、Malbec (馬爾貝克)、Petit Verdot (味而多)和Carmenere (佳美娜) 也是產區較重要的葡萄品種。根據不同的需要和條件適當調整釀酒所用的葡萄比例。不同的目標市場、不同的酒款、不同的風土條件以及葡萄園已種植的葡萄品種都會影響葡萄比例的調配。
