This exceptional spirit is born from an uncompromising devotion to tradition. Crafted from selected Ugni Blanc and Folle Blanche grapes, it undergoes a single continuous distillation in traditional copper stills, locking its pure soul into a flawless 45% ABV. The spirit then engages in a slow, quiet dialogue with time inside local black oak casks. Refusing any caramel coloring, its rich amber hue and velvety texture are the pure expression of nature left untouched.

In 1979, standing before his family's ruined castle, founder Patrick was sparked by a dream to revive his heritage. Braving opposition, he planted grapevines with his own hands, insisting on executing every step from cultivation to bottling entirely on-site. This nearly four-decade pursuit reached its pinnacle in 2017 when the estate received the 'Prix d'Excellence'—the highest honor awarded by the French Ministry of Agriculture—making history as the first Armagnac producer ever to earn this supreme national distinction.
