Taste: Rich pineapple, citrus, pear, and candied fruit flavors. Aged in oak barrels for 18 months, it has a pleasant creaminess in the mouth. It also has a fresh chamomile white floral aroma with a fruity aroma. The wine is medium-bodied, has balanced acidity, and is sweet but not greasy. It is worth mentioning that the second brand Carmes De Rieussec is named after the monk Carmes de Langon. The monks owned this winery in the 18th century.

Chateau Rieussec is located on a small road in the village of Haut-Bommes in the Sauternes region. It was awarded the title of "Sauternes-Barons de Rothschild" due to its high-quality soil and was listed as Sauternes 1er Grand Cru. It was acquired by the Lafite Group (Domaines Barons de Rothschild) in 1984. The winery covers an area of 110 hectares. The vineyard totals 93 hectares and is strategically located on the hills of the Sauternes region. It is also adjacent to Chateau d'Yquem to the east. In order to fully utilize the potential of the land, the owner has implemented strict measures, including After the grapes are picked, they undergo extremely strict screening and are then barreled for fermentation.
