Full-bodied, with a lively fruity attack, bright and balanced acidity, and a mineral finish. The finish is refreshing, with a hint of savory, and overall elegance and vitality. Perfect with seafood such as oysters and grilled fish.

About Marion Vignaud Chablis is a classic Chardonnay from the Chablis appellation in Burgundy, France. Marion Vignaud is a winemaker with deep roots in the Chablis region and a renowned attelage rider. Her family has a long tradition of agriculture and winemaking in the Yonne Valley. Her father, Michel Vignaud, is a renowned Chablis restaurateur and equestrian, a passion he passed on to his daughters.

Marion grew up on horseback, and her sisters also participate in equestrian activities: her elder sister Gaelle specializes in show jumping, while her younger sister Noemie has taken over the family restaurant. Marion herself combines equestrianism with wine, currently managing the business and administrative aspects of her husband's parents' winery while also managing her own stable part-time. This allowed her to navigate the professional and amateur worlds with ease, becoming a star in the French equestrian world.

2023 was a bumper year for the Chablis appellation. Although a warm summer caused some grapes to ripen quickly, the overall yield was abundant (average yields were higher than in previous years), resulting in balanced and easy-drinking wines. The wines displayed ripe citrus flavors, bright acidity, and minerality, making them suitable for early drinking, but the finest examples can age for 5-10 years. Critics such as Charles Curtis MW, in his Decanter review, noted that this vintage's Chablis was "delicious, forward, and plentiful." Vinous also described it as "more promising than expected," with tropical fruit nuance while retaining its classic stony firmness.
