Taste: The wine is light yellow with a golden border, with a refreshing aroma of grapefruit and green apple and delicate floral fragrance. There is also a hint of toasted bread, biscuits and other complex aromas.

Is there a difference between vintage and non-vintage champagne?

Non-vintage champagne - base wines from multiple years are blended during production and must be aged for at least 15 months. This helps to blend champagnes of the same flavor and ensure the style of the champagne manufacturer (House Style), so the quality is relatively stable and the price is cheaper.

Vintage Champagne - Made from wine produced in a single year, it must be aged for at least three years. Vintage champagne is only produced in the best years, usually when the weather is warmer and drier near the harvest. Therefore, vintage champagne represents the style of that year and is more expensive.

The Champagne vineyards are divided into four major regions. The northernmost region, Montagne de Reims, is home to Pinot Noir, which has a strong and rich taste. The Marne Valley grows Pinot Meunier, which brings its rich fruity flavors to rosé Champagne. The Côte des Blancs vineyards in southern Épernay have unique chalky soils that provide a breeding ground for elegant Chardonnay. Further south, the Côte des Bar and its continental climate foster light-tasting Pinot Noir.
