Château Courbin Héritage Grande Réserve Blanc is a classic dry white wine from the Graves appellation on the left bank of Bordeaux, France. The winery was originally named "Cru de l'Hermitage" and began producing wines under its family brand in 1972.

The current owner, Franck COURBIN, is the eldest son in his family. He graduated from an agricultural school in Bordeaux, and his younger brother, Stephane, also attended the same school and joined the winery in 2008.

【產區 Region】

Located in the historic Graves appellation on Bordeaux's left bank, the winery benefits from the region's excellent drainage of gravelly and sandy soils, which imparts a distinctive minerality and a profound structure to its wines.
The winery holds French HVE (High Environmental Value) certification, demonstrating its commitment to protecting biodiversity and soil health in vineyard management, aligning with modern requirements for sustainable agriculture.
【有關釀造 Winemaking】

High-proportion Sémillon: Unlike most Bordeaux white wines dominated by Sauvignon Blanc, this wine typically uses up to 85% Sémillon, resulting in a fuller, rounder body, a richer texture, and excellent aging potential.
Through appropriate oak barrel aging and lees stirring, the wine develops a richer complexity and a creamy smoothness, combining fresh fruit aromas with complexity.
