【Brewing process】

This balanced white wine from France is a blend of Marsanne and Viognier grapes. The grapes grow in the ideal environment of the Rhône River, with the vines' roots deeply embedded in the limestone and marl soils. After harvesting, the grapes are quickly transported to the winery, where they are sorted and carefully pressed. Fermentation then takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. Following fermentation, the wine ages on its lees for several months before being transferred to barrels.
