Taste: As we all know, 2003 is an excellent year, and because it has a longer storage capacity than other years~ The wine is reasonably brown, and the fruit flavor of cranberries is more obvious. At the same time, half of it has the old flavor: leather, dried fruit, There is also a fragrance of Luo Han Guo ~ There will be a little old wine taste at the beginning of the entrance, but after sobering for 45mins, the first chapter will be seen: the licorice, mint, cherries, and the acidity of D is very high, very balanced! Both the body and tannins are counted Moderate, feel the softness of the pour in the front of the entrance, which proves that the 15-year-old wine has a strong motivation~ Of course, the strength of the old wine is explosive in my system, but the exchange is a variety of fine waters, so comfortable and good. I feel that it's a drink that I feel tired of drinking!
【Chateau Fonplegade】
Chateau Fonplegade takes its name (literally "Fountain of Abundance") from the historic 13th-century stone fountain that graces the estate's vineyards. It quenched the thirst of pilgrims for centuries and continued to nourish the estate's vines in the driest years.
The vine has flourished in this remarkable place since the late 1500's, perched on a limestone plateau that is home to some of Saint-Emilion's finest vineyards. In 1852, the legendary wine merchant Jean-Pierre Beylot purchased the estate and built the elegant château that still stands on the estate. Denise and Stephen Adams, inspired by the estate's terroir, history and stately beauty, with its ancient Roman lanes and graceful rows of vines, acquired Château de Femberga in 2004 and spent 15 years The vineyards have been tirelessly renovated, the cellars refurbished and meticulously restored.
