Practical test report: The wine was created by flying winemaker Michel Rolland together with three Bordeaux winemaking families. Any winery under the guidance of Michel Rolland will generally achieve rapid growth in wine quality. The quality of the wines he personally creates is guaranteed! This Malbec-based blend is smooth and easy to drink, with a strong chocolate aroma, rich and attractive blackberry fruit aroma, with a hint of wild grass, violet flavor and minerality. The wine is round and is definitely Michel Rolland's signature style.
【James Suckling 94pts】
A pretty profound nose with hints of mineral, wild herbs, violets and asphalt on top of the currants and blackberries. A twist of herbs and cocoa powder. Medium- to full-bodied with a supple, round mid-palate and a juicy, sleek finish. Tannins are soft and really polished. Pleasing, but pretty dry. Nothing sweet here. Beautiful balance.
【Robert Parker 91pts】
The wine showcases the Malbec variety, which delights with its delicious, complex bouquet. The concentration and bluish hue suggest an exotic, seductive wine simply impossible to resist. Of great clarity on the bouquet, offering intense, generously fresh, fruity aromas. On the palate, the wine astounds with its elegant, rounded tannins and fleshy character, underpinned by lovely acidity. Intense aromas on the long, appealing finish lean more towards spice than fruit and reflect the Cabernet Franc content in the blend. Elegant and charming.
