Tasting Notes: This wine is produced in Burgundy Tonnerre. It is full of minerality when you smell it, with a light floral aroma, white peach aroma, and a woody aroma when you drink it. The fruity aroma and minerality are balanced. Very good, in addition to the fragrance of left flowers and white peach, it also has the smell of dried figs. It is suitable for chicken or seafood, such as French cuisine: lightly smoked fish, lemon sauce chicken, creamy coconut milk sauce lobster, coconut milk boiled prawns to enjoy.

The history of the winery is integrated with the revival of the Chablis vineyards. Olivier's father Jean-Pierre Tricon and his uncle Claude planted their first vines in 1972. They subsequently acquired several parcels of land, culminating in a 13-hectare estate. The Vaurou farm, located in the Chablis heights, was mainly used for the cultivation of vines at the time. The terroir of the vineyard was the famous Kimmerdgian-clay-limestone, and the average age of the vines was 20 years.

The current owner, Olivier Tricorn, is also a builder, and he knows that a stable building can only be built on a solid foundation. Beginning as a simple vineyard worker on his father's estate, he has maintained a deep respect for the generations before him. In 1998 he purchased Domaine de Vauroux and continued to develop the estate. 35 years of work is reflected in all the soul Olivier Tricon instills in each of his cuvées. After harvest, the grapes are taken to the cellar and sorted to preserve their aroma and taste potential. Gentle pressing extracts the best essence from the fruit. Most fermentation takes place in stainless steel vats. Olivier Tricon's goal is to ensure that his wines have the greatest aromatic elegance. Over the years, it has acquired a powerful tool for modern work. From harvest to bottling, strict hygiene requirements ensure that each cuvée tastes at the highest level.

【Burgundy Chardonnay】

Chardonnay in Burgundy comes in a variety of styles depending on terroir, climate and winemaking. Burgundy gets colder to the north and warmer to the south. For example, in the cooler Chablis in the north, its Chardonnay style is lighter, dominated by lemon and lime flavors, with characteristic mineral flavors and higher acidity. High; in the more southern Mâconnais, the climate is warmer and the fruit is more ripe, such as some apples, peach, and even tropical fruit. There are also Chardonnay aged in new casks, with a richer taste and sweeter aromas of nuts and vanilla.
