Region : Italy
Alcohol : 42%
Volume : 700ml
Aroma: Crisp sage, grapefruit peel and pine juniper aromas. Sage and citrus are reminiscent of green apples and lavender leaves.
Taste: The rich sage flavor brings an angular and intoxicating camphor flavor. The whole process is a bit bitter, and the thickness is reminiscent of the taste of burnt oily rosemary leaves. The creamy liquorice root and a hint of lemon come late.
Finish: There is obvious heat from the middle taste to the finish. Sage, camphor and lemon pith.

Engine was founded by Italian entrepreneur Paolo Dalla Mora, who combined his love for racing culture with traditional liqueur craftsmanship to come up with the brand concept. Torino Distillati, as the OEM, is responsible for turning his creativity into actual products. This cooperation model allows Engine to rely on the distillery's century-old distillation experience while maintaining the innovative genes of an independent brand.

The brand name "Engine" pays direct tribute to the racing culture of the 1980s. The metal can packaging design imitates the shape of an oil barrel, the bottle cap uses a racing dashboard pattern, and even the font of the bottle label refers to classic racing posters. Although the Confederate flag element caused controversy in the early stage, the subsequent adjusted design emphasizes the power of industrial machinery and has become an iconic visual symbol in the field of craft spirits.

The distillery strictly follows the EU organic certification standards, and all raw materials come from Italy's controllable supply chain: juniper berries from Tuscany, sage from Piedmont, lemons from Sicily, etc. The vacuum distillation technology (extracting flavor substances under low temperature and low pressure environment) retains the essence of plants and avoids the damage of high temperature to the aroma. This process is relatively rare in gin production, giving the wine a light and smooth taste while strengthening the layers of herbs and citrus.
During the production process, some plant ingredients are directly distilled, while rose essential oil is blended in later. This "staged processing" process balances the structure of traditional London dry gin with the fresh characteristics of modern gin. The alcohol content is set at 42% ABV, which not only retains the core flavor of juniper, but also is suitable for making complex cocktails.
