The 2021 Ferrande Blanc is a deep, potent white with real textural intensity-a wine ofdistinction. Lemon peel, dried flowers, marzipan and herbs are some of the many notes thatgrace this ample white. There's serious depth and structure here.

This has aromas of lemons, blanched almonds, white peaches and green mangoes. Bright, tangy and fruity, with a medium body. Persistent. Zesty and creamy finish.

Chateau Ferran is located in the Pessac-Léognan region of Graves. The only first-class winery in 1855 that is not part of Haut-Médoc is Chateau Haut-Brion. This winery was acquired by its founder Robert de Ferran name. The 18th-century winery was owned by the famous philosopher Montesquieu, and was later acquired by the Bordelais family in 1880. After five generations of inheritance, it is now managed by its descendants Philippe and Ghislane Lacoste. They also hired "Bordeaux white wine Father"-Denis Dubourdieu as winemaker. Denis was born in the Sauternes winemaking family. He used to be the wine consultant of Chateau d'Yquem and Château Cheval Blanc. He not only has a profound knowledge of brewing white wine, but also has excellent skills in brewing red wine. In 1998, Château Haut-Bailly and Château Cheval Blanc celebrated Denis as their chief advisor for red wine. In 2016, "Decanter" selected him as the person of the year. It is regrettable that Denis died of illness in 2016. The wine left for future generations is only one bottle and one bottle less. The winery has 19 hectares of red vineyards and 3.5 hectares of white vineyards. The vineyards are strictly managed, and the grapes are harvested manually by region to achieve the best quality of grapes.

Taste: A strong aroma is smelled when it is opened, with lemon and pear flavors like guava. The mouth is smooth and comfortable. It has a d-sparkling stone for both the aroma, the acidity is balanced, the body is medium, the concentration is high, and the aftertaste is long and sweet.
