Flavor: The wine "Galante" means "heroic" in Italian. It has the aroma of red cherry, dried prune, chocolate and coffee. Smooth and creamy. The tail has a hint of sweetness, and the air-dried grapes used in this wine are dried for at least 7 weeks, aged for 6 months after fermentation, and released to the market. The sweetness, acidity and tannins are well balanced.

[Half-century historical wine merchant Terre Cevico cooperative]

Terre Cevico is a cooperative established in 1963. The cooperative is currently based in EmiliaRomagna and has wineries in Veneto and Puglia. Both produce wine from grapes grown by members in Romagna. Terre Cevico's wines are sold in 70 countries around the world, notably Japan, Northern Europe, France, China, the United States and South East Asia, with a consolidated turnover of 189.6 million euros.

In the 1960s and 70s, Terre Cevico started selling wine in bulk. In the 80s and 90s, it was sold in standard (750ml) and larger bottles. Since 2000, Terre Cevico also produces and packs cartons and bottles of wine for the HORECA channel (hotels and restaurants).

Terre Cevico places considerable emphasis on conservation and biodiversity. Commitment to reduce water use, 85% carbon emissions and pesticides. And obtained the sustainable development mark of Equalitas.

Emilia-Romagna is located in northern Italy and is one of the most wine-producing regions in Italy. It mainly grows Sangiovese, Malvasia, Lambrusco, Trebbiano, Barbera, and Bonarda. Among them, Sangiovese di Romagna and Lambrusco sparkling wine are the most famous. Romagna has a variable climate, with cool mountains and relatively warm coastal Adriatic regions. There are 9 IGTs, 19 DOCs and two DOCGs in the production area. The DOCGs are Albana di Romagna and Colli Bolognesi Pignoletto respectively. It is worth mentioning that, in addition to wine, the local area is also rich in balsamic vinegar, Parma ham and Parmesan cheese. These are all familiar dishes in Italy.
