Produced by Matsui Brewery's Kurayoshi Steamer, this gin is made with nine unique herbal ingredients including juniper berries, coriander seeds, orange peel, Japanese peppercorns, yuzu peels, yuzuru green tea, cherry blossoms, and black peppercorns, all of which are made from pears, a local product of Tottori Prefecture in Japan.

White Rabbit Gin is a refreshing blend of citrus notes and pear sweetness with spicy flavours of black pepper and Japanese peppercorns.

Founded in 1910 in Tottori Prefecture, Matsui Sake Brewery has a history of more than a hundred years, starting out as a shochu, sake and sake brewery. It was only in 2015, at the height of the Japanese whisky boom, that Matsui Brewery was granted a whisky production licence! With the rich natural vegetation in Kurayoshi City, Tottori Prefecture, where the brewery is located, and the soft, sweet water of the Oyama Mountain Stream running throughout the area, Matsui Brewery began to develop another line of liquor - whisky - because of the quality of the water in Tottori Prefecture, which is one of the best in Japan. In addition to whisky, Matsui also produces plum wine, gin, shochu and even beer, which have been awarded with different prizes, making it a hot new sake brewery!
