Produced by Matsui Brewery's Kurayoshi Steamer, this gin is made with nine unique herbal ingredients including juniper berries, coriander seeds, orange peel, Japanese peppercorns, yuzu peels, yuzuru green tea, cherry blossoms, and black peppercorns, all of which are made from pears, a local product of Tottori Prefecture in Japan.
White Rabbit Gin is a refreshing blend of citrus notes and pear sweetness with spicy flavours of black pepper and Japanese peppercorns.
