Appearance: This champagne displays a beautiful pale coral hue.

Nose: Intense, red berries, with a hint of jammy notes, blending fragrances of strawberry, raspberry and cranberry.

After decanting, subtle hints of vanilla and sweet spices emerge, adding complexity to the palate.

On the palate, intertwining notes of raspberry, pomegranate syrup, redcurrant and blood peach create an endlessly satisfying experience. The finish is delightful, with the interplay of blood orange, Bratton cherry and gooseberry aromas proving utterly refreshing and leaving a lingering, memorable impression.

【Champagne Jacques Robin】

The Champagne region of France is divided into four sub-regions: Montagne de Reims, Vallée de la Marne, Côte des Blancs, Côte des Bar, and Champagne Jacques Robin is situated in Buxières-sur-Arce, a village within the Côte des Bar sub-region, part of the AOC appellation. The Jacques Robin brand was established in 1973, when Annie and Jacques breathed life into the enterprise. From that moment, Jacques Robin resolved to cultivate vineyards upon his own land. Subsequently, the original vineyard holdings expanded year upon year. In the mid-1980s, the Jacques Robin company resolved to produce champagne under its own name. Their endeavours were swiftly rewarded when they secured a medal at the Seine-et-Marne departmental competition in 1988. In 1998, Annie and Jacques' children completed their studies in viticulture and oenology. Today, the entire family operates under the same creed: ‘Quality today guarantees tomorrow's work.’

The vineyard meticulously tends each plant to harvest healthy, pure grapes. Four to five weeks before harvest, grape ripeness is monitored; picking occurs only when the ideal balance between acidity and sugar content is achieved. In the cellar, wines are separated by appellation during pressing and fermentation, with distinct barrels used to craft each unique expression. Sébastien, the winemaker, minimises the use of oenological products wherever possible. Light filtration is employed to preserve the wine's aromas, and each production step is managed to generate the least possible waste. Thus, a distinctive champagne takes shape – a sparkling wine not to be missed.
