This whiskey specifically uses 100% rice distillation and is a single grain whiskey. Additionally, aged for more than 15 years in sherry casks, bourbon casks and American white oak casks, it first reveals alluring aromas of dried plums, candied fruits, mint and chocolate, resulting in an incredibly smooth taste and longevity. finish with hints of sweet licorice and pepper. In addition, there are spicy and slightly smokey and toasty aromas.

Established in 1883, Shohiro Brewery is the largest and oldest distillery on Okinawa. Jingliuqiu whiskey is distilled from 100% high-quality rice and hand-selected by master blenders from whiskeys of different vintages to create a harmonious flavor and aroma. The whiskey is aged under the constant sunshine and sea breeze of Okinawa. The subtropical climate and marine conditions provide warm and humid storage conditions, accelerating the maturation process and demonstrating the uniqueness of Ryukyu whiskey, with subtle fruity, botanical flavors and a strong body texture.
