Tasting Notes: Predominantly Merlot, fruity and easy to drink, typically with aromas of red fruits such as cherry, raspberry, and blackcurrant. Smooth, round, and fruity on the palate. Excellent balance, fresh with delicate layers, rich fruit flavors while maintaining a refreshing feel, soft tannins, and a fine texture.

Winehouse Background: Chateau Clinet is a winery located in the renowned Pomerol appellation of Bordeaux, France, approximately 40 kilometers from the city center. A renowned winery since the 19th century, Chateau Clinet's owners have dedicated generations to perfecting its production quality. The estate covers 10 hectares, primarily planted with Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon, two classic Bordeaux grape varieties.

In 1980, the owners hired Michel Rolland as winemaker, significantly improving the winery's quality. It subsequently rose to become one of the most prestigious wineries in the Pomerol region, alongside Petrus and Le Pin! In 1987, Chateau Clinet, along with Chateau Mouton, was ranked as one of the two best wines in Bordeaux, even surpassing Chateau Petrus in score. Robert Parker also awarded Chateau Clinet a perfect 100 points in 1989 and 2009!
