Officially described as "Smooth & Fruity". This wine is very fruity, full of aromas of fresh red berries (such as raspberry and strawberry). Light-bodied with almost no astringency, this wine is extremely friendly on the palate and requires no long decanting.
Founded in 1967, Cellier des Dauphins is now one of the largest wine brands in the Rhône Valley, accounting for 30% of the region's annual wine production. The winery's 12,500 hectares of vineyards are planted with local varieties such as Syrah, Grenache, and Viognier, and its wines represent the classic Rhône Valley style, synonymous with the art of living in southern France. Currently sold in over 30 countries worldwide, it has won numerous awards in major wine competitions.

In the Rhône Valley region of France, winegrowers have operated in cooperative agricultural forms since 1920. They work together to better showcase the terroir of their vineyards and their superior cultivation techniques. In 1965, 11 local wine cooperatives united to form the Rhône Valley Wine Group. With the development of this alliance, the Cellier des Dauphins brand was officially established in 1967 and has gradually risen to become a national brand. Today, Cellier des Dauphins is the largest wine brand in the Rhône Valley and one of the largest wine brands in France. Behind this success are 2,300 winegrower families cultivating 12,500 hectares of land. In addition, 130 employees ensure the production of 45 million bottles of wine annually.
Cellier des Dauphins' vineyards are nestled at the foot of the southern Alps in the Rhône Valley region of France. Here, the vines bask in the sun and are buffeted by the southern sea breezes, producing grapes that bring fame to the Rhône Valley: Syrah, Grenache, Viognier, and other local varieties.
The rich terroir diversity of the vineyards provides winemakers with a wide variety of grapes to blend into the finest vintages. Attention to detail is maintained at every step from harvesting to winemaking, resulting in full-bodied, fruit-infused red wines. Both modern techniques and classic winemaking practices (such as oak barrel aging) are masterfully employed in the production process.
