Test Report (21/04/2026 - JERRY)This wine has a retro label, but the layers inside are surprisingly delightful!First Impression (Nostrils)Upon opening, the aroma is concentrated in the spice section, with a noticeable black pepper note and a hint of crisp, green bell pepper – quite distinctive.Transformation After Breathing (Breathe 30 minutes)Give it some time, and the wine is fully "awakened"!Aroma Layers: A large amount of fresh red fruit aromas emerge, like eating juicy cherries. The most surprising addition is a very elegant rose note and a sweet licorice aftertaste.Palmistry: It becomes incredibly smooth, completely non-greasy, and very comfortable to the throat.Aftertaste: After the initial taste, a subtle ginger flavor emerges at the back of the throat, warm and quite deep.SummaryThis wine is definitely not a "hardcore" type of red wine. It easily breaks out in 30 minutes, transforming from its initial spiciness and astringency into a gentle floral and fruity aroma. It offers excellent value for money. For those who like red fruit flavors and a smooth texture, this is definitely worth buying.

Founded in 1967, Cellier des Dauphins is currently one of the largest wine brands in the Rhône Valley, accounting for 30% of the region's annual wine production. The winery's 12,500 hectares of vineyards are planted with local varieties such as Syrah, Grenache, and Viognier, and its wines represent the classic Rhône Valley style, synonymous with the art of living in southern France. Currently sold in over 30 countries worldwide, it has consistently achieved excellent results in major wine competitions.
In the Rhône Valley region of France, winegrowers have operated in cooperative farming forms since 1920. They work together to better showcase the terroir of their vineyards and their superior cultivation techniques. In 1965, 11 local wine cooperatives joined together to establish the Rhône Valley Wine Group. With the development of this alliance, the Cellier des Dauphins brand was officially established in 1967 and has gradually risen to become a national brand.

Today, Cellier des Dauphins is the largest wine brand in the Rhône Valley and one of the largest wine brands in France. Behind this success are 2,300 winegrower families cultivating 12,500 hectares of land. In addition, 130 employees ensure the production of 45 million bottles of wine annually.
Cellier des Dauphins' vineyards are nestled at the foot of the southern Alps in the Rhône Valley region of France. Here, the vines bask in the sun and are nourished by the southern sea breezes, producing grapes that bring fame to the Rhône Valley: Syrah, Grenache, Viognier, and other local varieties.

The rich terroir diversity of the vineyards provides winemakers with a wide variety of grapes to blend into the finest vintages. Attention to detail is emphasized at every step, from harvesting to winemaking, resulting in full-bodied, fruit-infused red wines. Both modern techniques and classic winemaking methods (such as oak barrel aging) are employed with masterful skill throughout the process.
