Taste: Fresh citrus fruits (such as lime, lemon), green apple, white peach and mineral aroma, with a hint of floral aroma. Off-dry (Feinherb) style with bright and balanced acidity and moderate sweetness. The flavors show citrus, green apple, minerality and a hint of honey.

【Michael Frank．1868】

Michael Frank's viticulture started in 1868 and is still family managed today. The estate has 34 hectares of vineyard planted, all planted by hand. To guarantee sustainable land management, the vineyards are mainly fertilized organically. Saar River is a branch of Mosel River. I visited the winery that day, and I was surprised that most of the manors were on the hillside. The daily rework of the workers seemed to be hard work, and the cost was of course very high; Surrounded by this dangerous terrain, the manor is protected from many natural disasters, and the slate soil also makes the Riesling of this manor have a unique terroir!
