Misaka Pure Malt Whisky has a complex mixed dried fruit aroma, bringing fruity and delicate taste. It is brewed with pure natural spring water from the Misaka Mountains in Yamanashi Prefecture. "Water" can be said to be the soul of whiskey. The groundwater extracted from 250 meters underground is pure and polished with porous volcanic rocks, which is very suitable for mixing water. The water is soft and slightly alkaline. The right amount of minerals can bring smooth drinkability and balanced flavor.

This limited edition pure malt whisky is blended with selected high-quality Japanese malt liquor, combining traditional craftsmanship with modern innovation. The liquor is double-matured in sherry barrels and Mizunara barrels, giving it a rich flavor - deep dried fruit aroma, delicate sandalwood flavor, and a unique oriental incense aftertaste. The taste is mellow and balanced, with a long aftertaste with a hint of honey and spices, suitable for drinking alone or with handmade ice balls.

The parent company of Minami Alps Distillery, Tokuoka Co., LTD, was founded in 1874 and has a history of more than 140 years of wine brewing. Located at the foot of Mount Fuji, Minami Alps Distillery was established in 2012 and has now become one of Japan's top distilleries. Its global flagship brand "Tenjaku Whisky" is internationally renowned and award-winning, supervised by the famous master distiller Kenji Watanabe; and the newly launched global whisky brand "御 - Misaka" also demonstrates excellent quality.
