Tokuoka Co., LTD, the parent company of Minami Alps Distillery, was founded in 1874 and has a history of brewing alcohol for over 140 years. Located at the foot of Mount Fuji, Minami Alps Brewery was established in 2012 and has now become one of Japan's top breweries. Its global flagship brand "Tenjaku Whisky" is internationally renowned and has won numerous awards. It is supervised by the famous master distiller Kenji Watanabe; and the newly launched global whisky brand "Misaka" also demonstrates excellent quality.

Misaka Pure Malt Whisky has a complex blend of dried fruit aromas, giving it a fruity and delicate taste. Made with pure natural spring water from the Misaka Mountains in Yamanashi Prefecture. "Water" can be said to be the soul of whiskey. The groundwater, pumped from 250 meters underground, is pure and polished by porous volcanic rock, making it perfect for mixing water. The water is soft and slightly alkaline. The right amount of minerals results in smooth drinkability and a balanced flavor.

This limited edition single malt whisky is blended from a selection of premium Japanese malt liquor, combining traditional craftsmanship with modern innovation. The wine is double-matured in sherry barrels and Mizunara barrels, giving it a rich flavor - deep dried fruit aroma, delicate sandalwood scent, and a touch of unique oriental incense aftertaste. The taste is mellow and balanced, with a long aftertaste with a hint of honey and spices. It is suitable for drinking neat or with handmade ice balls.
