Ghost Samurai Japanese blended whisky exudes the aroma of vanilla and a light honey, with a hint of citrus, and the clear malt aroma and light floral scent complement each other. The taste is delicate, light and balanced, with hints of cedar and vanilla from the white oak barrels. The finish highlights the aroma of malt, with a rounded sweetness and a soft aftertaste.

【Onikishi】

Onikishi's name comes from the Japanese words "Oni" (demon) and "Kishi" (knight). Japan's cultural heritage comes from centuries of mysticism and epic legends. According to legend, Izanami and Izanagi created this vibrant country with their own hands from darkness. The ghost servants are full of power, mystery and charm. They interpret the country's profound traditions with a new soul and show the enduring essence of Japan.

It is produced in Hyogo Prefecture, in the area of Kasagata Mountain where the clear water of the Noma River flows. This is also the birthplace of Japan. According to mythology, Izanami and Izanagi created the world's first island from the Jirei Shrine near Awaji Island. This also provides the perfect story background for "Onmyouji".

Japanese whisky is made in a very similar way to Scotch whisky, with the malt being milled, fermented, saccharified, distilled and aged in oak barrels. Japanese whisky is usually matured in bourbon or sherry casks, but is sometimes aged for a period in Japanese Mizunara oak casks, adding additional spices, sandalwood and coconut aromas.Located in Taka-cho, Hyōgo Prefecture, Japan, Shiki Shuzo is surrounded by mountains. Its recently established whisky business leverages its years of experience in winemaking and the pristine natural environment to create modern spirits using traditional techniques.
