The name "Palatium" originates from Latin and means "palace" (also the etymology of the Pfalz wine region in Germany), and is often used as a brand or series name for German regional wines.


【產區 Region】

Pfalz is one of the driest and mildest wine regions in Germany, so the Rieslings from here are not as overly acidic or sharp as those from other regions like Mosel. Instead, the Rieslings from Pfalz are delicate, full-bodied, and have more mature fruit aromas (leaning towards yellow fruits) and mineral notes, making it a must-try region for experiencing the versatility of Riesling.
