The Pfalz region is one of the driest and mildest wine-producing areas in Germany, so the Riesling here is not as acidic and sharp as in other regions such as the Mosel. The Riesling here is delicate and full-bodied, with more mature fruit aromas (yellowish fruits) and mineral flavors. It is one of the must-try regions to experience the ever-changing Riesling.

Tasting Notes: Halbtrocken means slightly sweet, similar to Feinherb. A subtle sweetness is palpable, not overpowering, offering a comfortable and elegant sweetness. Light lemon yellow, the wine boasts a fresh, rich minerality, with notes of wet slate, gasoline, citrus, lemon, and white flowers. A pleasant acidity on the palate, followed by a touch of sweetness that softens the palate. The wine is medium-bodied with a long finish.
