【酒莊 Winery】

Perrier-Jouët is renowned for its white Champagne, relentlessly pursuing excellence for nearly two centuries, best evidenced by its unique terroir, classifying it as a top-tier winery. Because its high-quality grapes require almost no added sugar, the blend's refined quality is further highlighted; a completely new and distinct Champagne-making method was used to create the first authentic "Brut" Champagne. This philosophy continues to this day, with Perrier-Jouët Grand Brut being the inheritor of this tradition and the originator of the famous Perrier-Jouët style.
Cellar Master Hervé Deschamps selects the finest wines from approximately 50 different varieties, skillfully blending each bottle with a specific proportion of reserve wine. Using Pinot Noir's unique depth as a base, the blend incorporates the captivating fruitiness of Pinot Meunier, and further enhanced with the estate's top-tier Chardonnay white wine for freshness, flint, and minerality. Finally, after bottling, the blend is aged in the cellar for three years. The chief winemaker, focusing on Perrier-Jouet Grand Brut, dedicates himself to expressing the wine's structure, fruitiness, and body, as well as its appropriate character for food pairing. His unique blending techniques fully demonstrate his pursuit of perfection.
In 1993, Hervé Deschamps officially took over the position of chief winemaker from André Baveret, becoming the seventh chief winemaker in Perrier-Jouet's two-century history. Unlike other Champagne winemakers who typically blend wines with similar flavor profiles to create a uniform blend, Hervé Deschamps first sketches a preliminary design and then, relying on his memory of the characteristics of dozens of wines, completes the blending process in one go.
The winemaker's work cannot be delegated. Hervé's current responsibilities include monitoring the quality of the Champagne, the fermentation process, decanting, settling and barrel aging, and blending.
“The moment I stepped onto the brewing platform, I felt more like an artist: I believe that the fusion of intuition, inspiration and skill can spark incredible inspiration.”
- Hervé Deschamps
【產區 Region】

Perrier-Jouët originates from the heart of the Champagne region in France. Headquartered in Épernay, its vineyards cover a total area of 65 to 106 hectares, with the majority located in top-tier appellations such as Cramant and Avize in the Côte des Blancs.
【有關釀造 Winemaking】

Founded in 1811, Perrier Jouet has long been known as the "flower of champagne," with a history even longer than Krug and Dom Perignon! In 1811, Perrie-Nicholas-Marie Perrier and his wife Adele Jouet established the Perrier Jouet brand. Over the past two centuries, they have established numerous high-quality vineyards in designated Champagne regions of France. Among them, the Cote de Blanc vineyard in Camon has been rated as 100% Superior. Other series such as Belle Epoque, Grand Brut, and Blanson Rose are all sourced from vineyards rated as 99.2% of the best. They are most famous for their Chardonnay grapes with a strong finish, and these top-quality grapes create classic flavors.

Very pretty aromas with peach and crabapple character, as well as cotton candy and light nutmeg. Medium-to full-bodied with very fine bubbles that run the length of the wine and persist. Really fine and beautiful. Ultra-complex and refined.

This famed Champagne in its Belle Epoque flower label remains a very fine wine. This latest release is still in its vibrant fruit stage, showing no signs of aging. The hints of strawberries are balanced against the fine texture. The wine is ready to drink.

The 2013 Brut Rosé Belle Epoque is turning out very well with a delicate, floral bouquet of peach, spring flowers, strawberries and almonds. Medium to full-bodied, seamless and elegant with a delicate mid-palate, it’s fresh and slightly tannic with a mineral, mouthwatering finish. This is a blend of 50% Pinot Noir, 45% Chardonnay and 5% Pinot Meunier with a dosage of nine grams per liter.
