Château Pédesclaux was founded in 1910 by Mr. Urbain Pierre Pedesclaux. In 1855, the winery was named the Fifth Grand Cru of the Médoc.

The family of Jacky Françoise and Manon Lorenzetti currently manage the winery. After her daughter Manon Lorenzetti was exposed to enology while studying at the School of Hotel Management, she gradually fell in love with the Médoc Class Crus. Influenced by the wine environment, she and her father decided to create a world in the wine world.

The winery has 50 hectares of land, located in the center of Pauillac, surrounded by wineries such as Châteaux Lafite Rothschild, Mouton Rothschild, Armailhac and Pontet-Canet, and it is mainly composed of gravel soil. After work, the grape varieties planted have also been re-adjusted. Today, 57% of Cabernet Sauvignon, 34% of Merlot, 5% of Cabernet Sauvignon and 4% of Petit Verdot are planted. Soil environment, since 2012 the winery has been grown organically and biodynamically. The winery started applying for organic farming certification in 2019, a trademark that guarantees its participants respect for the soil, biodiversity, water, air, humans and the quality of their final products.
