The delicate combination of Sakura flower and Sakura leaf from spring, Senchatea (green tea) and Gyokuro tea (refined green tea) from summer, Sanshō pepperwhich ripens in autumn and Yuzu peel from winter captures the essence of Shunin a bottle, inviting you to savor the seasons all year round.

Tasting Note:

Nose: Cherry blossom and green tea providea floral and sweet aroma.

Palate: Complex, multi layered, yetharmonious flavour of various botanicals. Traditional gin taste in the base,plus characteristic Japanese botanical notes with yuzu as the top note. Smoothand silky texture

Finish: The crisp Japanese sansho pepperbrings a little spiciness to the finish.
