Founded over 220 years ago, Shinozaki Shuzo meticulously crafts each of its products, often taking several years to release a new one. It is one of Fukuoka's most renowned and historically significant sake breweries. Not only has it won awards at the National New Sake Appraisal Competition for nine consecutive years, but it has also recently expanded into different industries, combining sake with skincare concepts to launch ‘Kokkyoku Amazake,’ Japan's top-ranked amazake!

Shinozaki Juice Plum Wine is produced by Shinozaki Co., Ltd., a brewery with a strong reputation, having won the Monde Selection Gold Award for 16 consecutive years. Their products are guaranteed to be of the highest quality. The brewery's motto is ‘pursuing what no one has done before.’ They felt that plum wine had become monotonous, so they used plum wine and barley shochu as the base, then sourced top-quality fruit juices from various regions to blend into a plum wine that is highly popular among women.

The base of the plum wine is made from malt shochu, using 100% ‘Sweet King’ strawberries, a speciality of Hakata City, Fukuoka Prefecture, Japan. This wine boasts a rich, sweet strawberry flavour. Due to the fruit's round, plump texture, it has a juicy, sweet taste. Even when pressed with whole berries, the colour remains vibrant. Paired with the refreshing plum wine, the combination is perfectly harmonious!
