It authentically presents the fresh fruit aromas of Glendouren, with a hint of green apple. The main notes gradually fade, revealing layers of woody, almond, and creamy textures, further highlighting its deep and complex flavors.

The meticulous winemaking process creates a wonderfully rich, delicate, and smooth palate.

Aroma: The opening notes of soft vanilla and wood chips reveal aromas of dried fruit and mixed nuts.

Palmistry: Initially dried with oak and cinnamon, followed by fresh apple and caramelized pear flavors that bring a juicy feel to the palate.

Finish: A very subtle shift occurs at the base of toffee and blueberry.

The Singleton of Glen Ord Distillery is one of Scotland's oldest distilleries, situated on the Isle of Black in the Scottish Highlands, on nearly 700 years of historic land in Clan Mackenzie. Founded in 1838 by Thomas Mackenzie, the distillery adheres to its motto, "Luceo non uro," meaning "I shine, but I do not burn," and continues to create whisky using slow distillation methods.

Distillation

Glen Ord is a single malt Scotch whisky produced using traditional, rustic 19th-century batch distillation methods, specifically tailored for Asian palates. Since 1838, the Singleton has been producing single malt whisky using traditional Scottish methods, employing pure water blessed by nature, perfectly presenting a balanced, rich, and smooth taste. It utilizes slow cold fermentation, copper pot stills, aging in premium oak casks, and uses only premium barley from the Isle of Black.

This whisky, aged separately in European and American oak barrels, has been blended to achieve a perfectly balanced, multi-layered, complex, and rich palate.
