This deep golden Single Malt whisky is distilled in large copper stills and matured in American oak bourbon and Oloroso sherry casks.

Color: Clear golden amber

Nose: Malt, nuts, almonds, cake, accompanied by fresh oak and cinnamon aromas.

Palp: Biscuit base, topped with dark chocolate and sprinkled with freshly ground cinnamon and nutmeg.

Finish: Toasted malt and spicy dark chocolate biscuit flavors, with a lingering cinnamon note.

At Royal Oak, authentic, high-quality Irish whiskeys are crafted by balancing tradition with innovation. The maturation process utilizes a variety of casks, including bourbon casks, sherry casks, and rare, hand-selected Marsala casks from Cantine Florio (1833) in Sicily. This unique aging process enhances the expression of the triple smooth blend of three casks and single grain.

Nestled in the heart of Ireland, the distillery is one of the most advanced in the country, blending cutting-edge technology with generations of expertise and respect for tradition. In fact, at Royal Oak, we are proud to produce our whiskey using only locally sourced ingredients. In addition, all waste from grain distillation and fermentation is recycled for animal feed, totaling more than 20 million liters of liquid waste and 2,000 tons of solid waste.
