Aromas of violets, white pepper and blueberries with some sappy notes, as well as blackberries. The palate has a very fresh, lively and fleshy core of blueberries and blackberries with good richness, depth and build into the flavorful, long finish.
The soul of the winery is definitely the owner of the winery, Michael Cooper, who is also known as the “Vine Hunter”! For many years, he has been looking for high altitudes, old vines and vineyards that do not require irrigation in various places! Finally, he fell in love with Calatayud DO in the Aragon region of Spain and established Vinos Del Viento. Most importantly, the strong cold wind called Cierzo blows to the vineyard for a long time, making the difference between day and night temperature greater, the product is gentler and more pleasant acidity, one after another unique terroir conditions and the local old vines Garnacha and Carignan is really a match made in heaven, so Michael Cooper can brew gentle and fruity wine!

Along the Ebro River, the Cantabrian Mountains shelter some of Spain's most important vineyards, including Rioja and Navarra. Further south, regions such as Calatayud, Campo de Borja, and Carinena offer immense productive value.

Aventura is a red wine blended from four grape varieties. Grenache and Syrah contribute sweet, juicy, spicy, and peppery flavors, while Tempranillo and Cabernet Sauvignon provide rich juice and balance the tannins. With a moderate alcohol content of only 14%, this wine is a perfect everyday choice for those who appreciate a smooth, understated character. Fermented and aged in concrete, it boasts an exceptionally smooth palate. Master of Wine Tim Atkins' Beth Willard has named Aventura one of the best value red wines in Aragon.
