The wine is made from fresh green plums grown in the mountains of Guangdong with snow-capped mountains and water sources, and is made using advanced brewing techniques and traditional technology. . YUTMISO Snow Mountain Plum Wine uses a unique fermentation process, adding enzymes to directly ferment the plum sugar to produce alcohol. This is different from the traditional method of soaking plums with sugar and base wine before fermenting. It has a rich plum aroma, a sweet and sour taste, and a mellow body.

【Guangzhou Shunchangyuan Wine Industry】

Guangzhou Shunchangyuan Wine Industry was formerly Guangzhou Conghua Shunchangyuan Winery, which was established in 1997. It has more than 27 years of winemaking experience and its main business is currently the production of various types of fruit wine. The wine industry owns a 1,500-acre green plum garden located in Lutian Town, Conghua District. The local green plums are characterized by thin skin, thick flesh, appropriate sour and sweet taste, and delicate and juicy flesh. Shunchangyuan Winery also has a 1,000-acre lychee orchard, where it grows the "Guifei" lychee variety. Thanks to the unique and superior ecological environment, the lychees are thick in texture, small in core, and have a sweet and juicy taste, with a light osmanthus fragrance.
