[Brand Background: Bringing Shaoxing Yellow Wine Back to the Modern Table]
Zhou Qing, is a new-style yellow wine brand from Shaoxing, Zhejiang, focusing on high-end, youthful and cultural Shaoxing yellow wine route. It does not simply continue the old-school image of traditional altar-mounted yellow wine, but hopes to repackage Shaoxing yellow wine into a more design sense, easier to enter, more suitable for modern people to taste and gift Chinese wine.

Behind the name "Zhou Qing", there is a historical story related to Shaoxing yellow wine going to the world. It is said that as early as 1915, Zhou Qing, a native of Shaoxing, had taken his home-brewed yellow wine to the Panama International Exposition and won the gold medal for yellow wine. It is precisely this historical undertone that Hyundai Zhou Qing brand hopes to take to present traditional yellow wine to a new generation of consumers in a more contemporary and refined way.

Zhou Qing’s brand concept
It can be summarized as “transmission and innovation”. On the one hand, it retains the traditional undertones of Shaoxing yellow wine brewed with glutinous rice, wheat koji, water and time;

[New-school yellow wine style: cleaner, softer, easier to drink]
Traditional yellow wine sometimes gives people a thick, sour and old feeling, and Zhou Qing's direction is to make yellow wine clearer, more rounded, and more suitable for modern people's daily drinking. It emphasizes the reduction of excessively heavy or rough mouthfeel while retaining the flavors of rice, Chen and Shaoxing yellow wine, making the wine softer and smoother.

What Zhou Qing wants to do is to make yellow wine a wine that can be chilled, can be used in a champagne glass, can be served with seafood, and can be drunk by young people every day. The young owner of Zhou Qing had presented aged Zhou sake in an iced way and in a champagne glass, describing its taste as clear and full, less sour and more refreshing and mellow

【15 Years Product Series】
After 15 years of aging, the total sugar of dry yellow wine is generally about 15.1–40.0g/L, typical representatives include Shaoxing plus rice wine/Hua Diao wine. Semi-dry is usually more rounded, thicker body than dry, and easier to make the date aroma, fruit aroma and mellowness after aging
Once the bottle is opened, the aroma of red dates, almonds and preserved fruits slowly comes out; the amber liquor contains apricot, faint wood and a hint of tangerine peel. Served with crab, the freshness of crab paste is lifted up by yellow wine; with red barbecue, the grease becomes more rounded.

[Drinking method, choose different drinking methods according to the season and occasion]
In summer, it is recommended to drink chilled, chilled in the fridge and served in a white wine glass or small wine glass. The wine will be more refreshing after chilling, with more prominent rice, honey and light sweetness, suitable for cold plates, seafood, drunk chicken or snacks.
In autumn and winter, you can drink it warmly, heated to about 40–45°C or so. Boiling is not recommended. When warmed, the aroma of red dates, caramel, rice and aged will be more pronounced, making it softer and warmer in the mouth, especially suitable for Chinese dinners, hot pot, stewed or red-broiled dishes.
If you want to drink more relaxedly, you can also add a grain of ice, or with a small amount of plum, to make a more Jiangsu and Zhejiang flavor of sweet and sour taste.
