chateau d'issan 2014 是來自一款法國（France）波爾多產區（Bordeaux）瑪歌村（Margaux）的紅葡萄酒，是1855三級莊——迪仙莊園（Chateau d'Issan）的正牌酒。迪仙莊園（Chateau d'Issan）葡萄酒是歐洲很多國家王室的最愛，經常被選作皇家宴會、婚禮等場合的專用酒，曾被奧地利國王評價為“國王之貢品，神之祭品。”而這款2015年迪仙莊園紅葡萄酒散發著濃鬱的黑莓、黑醋栗、花朵和些微胡椒氣息，酒體飽滿，單寧精緻，結構緊緻，餘味悠長。

Complex aromas of sweet tobacco, chocolate, cedar and plums. Undertones of blackcurrants and dark chocolate. Dense and tight with a beautifully and tightly knit palate, yet this shows so much intensity and length. Love the wet-earth and berry character on the finish. Give this three to four years to soften even if it’s fantastic already to taste.

The 2014 D'Issan has a crisp, pure bouquet,quite tight and reticent like the 2014 Marquis d'Alesme Becker, eventuallyoffering blackberry, soy and cedar scents, almost Saint Julien in style. Thepalate is medium-bodied with a touch of herbaceousness on the entry, but thereis plenty of fruit behind it. I like the classic style of this d'Issan, thepepperiness of the Cabernet driving the structured and quite masculine (forMargaux) finish. This is beginning to show the class that I thought it wouldand it may merit a higher score in the future.

The 2014 d’Issan has a comparatively simple and straightforward bouquet relative to its peers, a light marine influence evolving with aeration. The palate is medium-bodied with supple tannin, well judged acidity, harmonious and precise with a sustained finish. But it does not want to put a foot wrong and consequently there is an air of conservatism about this Margaux playing safe. Tasted blind at the annual Southwold tasting.
