Champagne Gallimard 酒莊有6 代歷史了，一直都係由父親傳授給兒子，包括釀造技術，家族從 1930 年開始生產香檳，當時作為葡萄種植者的 Jules 和 Ernest Gallimard 決定生產他們的第一瓶香檳，一直在以優質Pinot Noir和 Rosé des Riceys 聞名的 Les Riceys 村莊裡生產香檳，後來到Pierre 和 Jean 接替了他們，現在的 Didier 和 Arnaud，現在的莊主掌管著一個 10 公頃的葡萄園，葡萄園主要種植 85% 的Pinot Noir和 15% 的Chardonnay，並用 Guyot、Cordon de Royat 和 Chablis 方式進行修剪。通過合理的葡萄栽培方式在尊重環境的情況下種植葡萄樹，為求種植出優質的葡萄。

酒莊位於“Cote des Bar”的中心地帶，尤其是著名的 Les Riceys 村莊，這是一個具有重要特徵和特點的村莊：它是最大的香檳產區，擁有 866 公頃的葡萄園，也是香檳區唯一一個擁有 3 個香檳產區的葡萄酒產區：Champagne ，Coteaux Champenois ， Rosé des Riceys。
