口感: 印象中的右岸Fronsac 區較快可以飲,反而呢支 Ch. La Dauphine 有D 深度↕,要醒酒1hr, 而最佳狀態要1.5hr! 呢個時候香味會變得更誘人,Cherry, Plum 布冧,由於放在12個月木桶,而支酒亦陳年左接近11年,雲尼拿和煙草味都較為融入支酒裡,吾會木桶還木桶味,酒味還酒味咁~ 入口都幾濃郁,藍莓 ,布冧,尾段你會feel 倒有少少甜度和一D烤過的蘋果木味(相信係來自於30%的全新木桶) ,好易入口,加上少少Spicy ,增加左支酒的層次感~ 最意外係意為醒酒1hr 時已係極限,當時仲略為吾夠滑,但原來醒酒到1.5 hr 時,單寧非常順滑,同時增加了酒體和回甘的強度,Surprise!

Another sleeper of the vintage, La Dauphine is making a lot of positive noises recently, and the 2008 exhibits a lush, sweet black currant and black cherry fruitiness intermingled with notions of crushed rocks and an underlying floral note. Supple tannins and a lush, round, medium to full-bodied style suggest this alluring Fronsac should offer delicious drinking for a decade or more.

【波爾多最高點Fronsac產區】
AOC Fronsac產區,莊園位處波爾多右岸,比鄰對岸為POMEROL,向南面斜坡。其實波爾多係平原,同細細個學元朗大平原一樣。Château Arnauton位於Le Tertre de Montahut,是波以多最高的山坡。這令葡萄可完全熟成才採收亦釀出優質酒款。
