Château Malescasse 莊園建於 1824 年，採用當時最純粹的新古典主義風格。
1970 年，波爾多一位重要人物收購左Château Malescasse 就係Guy Tesseron, Tesseron 家族係波爾多有相當大既名氣,因為家族名下有三個非常知名既品牌
包括 Tesseron Cognac (法國干邑) . 波爾多Saint Estephe區既 Lafon-Rochet 同埋 Pauillac區既 Pontet-Canet。
Tesseron 家族係接手初期. 葡萄園正處於嚴重衰退之中，但 Guy Tesseron 對Château Malescasse既地理位置充滿信心。佢同兒子阿爾弗雷德 (Alfred Tesseron ) 一齊致力修復建築同葡萄園，重新種植葡萄藤,恢復到原來的 40 公頃葡萄園面積。
直至 2012年 法國釀酒師Philippe Austruy 收購左 Château Malescasse . Philippe Austruy對葡萄酒充滿熱情, 收購莊園之前, Philippe Austruy一直都係法國普羅旺斯酒莊Commanderie de Peyrassol 既莊
佢係尋找波爾多葡萄園既時侯，發現到Château Malescasse既潛力.引起左佢既注意,好奇心驅使之下令佢決心收購左Château Malescasse。
用左足足三年時間，將酒窖全面翻新，葡萄園全面重建，將莊園煥然一新成為富麗堂皇既地標
努力之下令Château Malescasse 成為 Haut Medoc 區最華麗既莊園之一，並授予 Cru Bourgeois 排名 Exceptionnel 等級。
【Chateau Malescasse 的風土】
Château Malescasse 位於 Haut Medoc的最高點，南面係瑪歌，北面係Saint Julien，海拔約 30 米左右
葡萄園由一個佔地 40 公頃既單一莊園組成，佔地 40 公頃的 Château Malescasse 葡萄園坐落係一個礫石丘陵既山頂上，法文名稱中的 “Malescasse” 係一個傳統既術語，指的是第四紀期間加龍河沉積既大片沖積沉積物形成左緩緩起伏既丘陵。丘陵由不同比例既沙、礫石同粘土組成，深度各異，覆蓋係石灰岩基岩上，係釀造波爾多左岸優質葡萄酒既關鍵。正正因為呢種貧瘠、排水良好既土壤，加上溫和既海洋性氣候，造就左Haut Medoc最佳既葡萄品種：幾個世紀以來，當地既Cabernet Sauvignon 同 Merlot 絕對屬於波爾多頂級水平。
Chateau Malescasse目前種植多個既葡萄品種包括 Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Petit Verdot, 平均樹齡為33年
【2020年開始全新的 Cru Bourgeois (波爾多中級莊) 分級制度】
2020年2月20日，波爾多梅多克中級莊新制度新鮮出爐. 5年一次的評制度。分成最高級別Cru Bourgeois Exceptionnel(特級中級莊)、Cru Bourgeois Superieur (優質中級莊) 以及Cru Bourgeois (中級莊) 三個等級。評定方式將由評審隨機抽選「酒莊在過去10年間所釀製的其中5個年分」進行盲飲，以檢視品質是否提升或下滑，並帶回了當年訂定的品質分級制度，最終根據品質分類為3個等級，
而Chateau Malescasse 就係分級制度裡面最頂級既 Cru Bourgeois Exceptionnel(特級中級莊)

A deceptively concentrated wine of real breed, showing aslight lack of density on the pretty, persistent finish.

Deep ruby. Complex nose features delicate, almost Margaux-like aromas of cassis, fresh tomato, clove, damp earth and dried underbrush. Then smooth and sweet on the palate and weightier than the nose suggests, with a velvety texture to the cassis and blackberry flavors. Very fine tannins and a saline nuance add interest on the moderately long finish. A very good wine that owing to its ripe fruit flavors is easier to identify blind as a product of the '09 vintage than as an Haut-Medoc.
