Vintage: Using indigenous yeasts in the cellar, the wine fully expresses the terroir. Vinification on fine lees allows the wine ample time to clarify its aromas and develop its potential. Oak barrel aging enhances the wine's concentration.

Taste: Elegant and distinctive white or yellow fruit, with a consistent minerality. The palate is round, fresh, and balanced.

Macon Villages, Saint-Veran, Pouilly Fuisse, Pouilly Fuisse 1er Cru: these Chardonnays, fresh from the winemaking process by David Fagot, are all worthy of a fine wine. From vine to glass, from bunch to label, the entire process is carefully controlled, taking into account the terroir, the characteristics of the soil, the climate, the phases of the moon and the phytotherapy care of the vines. Domaine David Fagot is located in the west of Mâcon, in the department of Saône-et-Loire (71), spanning three appellations, bordering the famous Roche de Solutre and around the village of Fuisse. Its different white wines, each representing a different appellation, are the result of a delicate harmony between nature and earth, the vines and the hard work of the winemaker. Through constant and meticulous monitoring of his vineyards, David Fagot aspires to create unforgettable wines that leave a lasting impression. He wants to share with consumers the joy he experiences in making Mâcon white wines, wines that bear his personal stamp – respect for the terroir and the soil, respect for the vines without the use of synthetic products, and respect for the people who produce quality products, a tribute paid through a work full of emotion.
