Cava adopts the traditional champagne brewing method. The second fermentation in the bottle, the bubbles are particularly rich and fine ~ Semi-Sec means there is less sugar powder, but the overall feeling is only less sweet, less sweetness can bring apples, flowers, fruits, oranges The aroma ~ Single Vineyard represents the winery using the most selected grapes from a vineyard. Spanish Cava. Seafood perfect match

Cava is a Spanish DO level (Designation of origin), a sparkling wine brewed using traditional methods (ie, the method of brewing champagne). Interestingly, the grading system generally only targets regions, and Cava is the only one in Spain that is rated for wine (not regions). Even so, 95% of Cava is actually produced in Penedes.
